How did all this start, about SVTFOE movement? Part 1

In the first part, I pointed out the points of why it took every fan wanting the series to continue with a 5 season, and not primarily because of the "open" ending.

Now in this second part I will explain more details that have occurred on consecutive days after the cancellation ending of svtfoe.

Days before "Cleaved" was released, Valentina Ruiz, at first was a simple fan like us who wanted Star to continue, since it's also the series that inspired her to do many things that she currently does and has lived through, so opened a petition on change.org directed to The Walt Disney Company by email, so the series could have one more season or a movie in appreciation of the fourth season.

At first not many people paid attention to it because fans had resigned themselves to its end, others in change they didn't want more seasons because they thought that the fact of giving the series more episodes, could run the risk of losing its essence, lengthen the plot and include filler themes, almost 50% of fans supported this idea, they didn't want svtfoe it became like "The Simpsons" or "SpongeBob" although those are ridiculous comparisons and it's very distant from the subject that they want to involve. To think, that Star had already battled so many monsters, defeated villains, and completely faced the forces of evil, there would be nothing else to exercise. Others instead helped distribute the petition, but as I repeat, it was only 20%... Despite the rumors that the final episode would have a duration same to the other previous episodes, when in reality many expected that at least had half an hour to give it a conclusive and explained end. This created a bit of insecurity among the fans...and sticking more to the idea that maybe svtfoe wouldn't completely solve everything.

But... when the day of the premiere of "Cleaved" arrived, there was an uproar on social networks by fans demanding that the series should continue, protesting against Daron and the channel for giving them this ending, criticizing and even blaming the whole series only at the end.

That day, the hashtags #StarVsTheForcesOfEvil and #StarVsTheForcesOfEvilFinale were trending in the US on twitter. Given all this, Adam tried to appease things by tweeting that the subject would be discussed very soon.

But it was there where

The petition began to gain more strength by encouraging more fans to vote.

Including Adam McArthur, who retweeted it saying:

"Ah what the heck?"

and added a hashtag referencing that fans were turning into an assembly like Avengers to take back the series.

Fans began to agree not to stop asking for svtfoe until they got Disney to hear them, with comments, posts and tags. For this they really had to join up.

Even though part of the staff that worked for svtfoe published their farewell to the series with posts and comments that saddened the fandom.

Seeing them say goodbye... was a deep feeling of melancholy, after so many years.

Adam liked fan comments who also encouraged fans to vote, but that led them to ask him to try talking with Daron or Disney to hear fans petition. 

Faced with every minimal advance in the signatures of the petition, the fans didn't stop commenting on it through networks, because the truth was incredible how the fans were doing this!

In just hours new goals were reached and more and more were set.

Then the petition had around 5,000 signatures and so it was rising, it was there that most of the fans decided to spread the word and making requests, asking everyone to vote, also tagging Daron to support us or give us an opinion on the matter. It quickly spread on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Amino, Youtube, Reddit, Discord, etc.

Using messages like "If you want to see more of svtfoe sign the petition right now and share it!!!"

What caused youtubers from different countries to talk about the subject in videos.

The petition was also shared among the staff, since the fact the series would continue could unite them again! But saddly... not many were convinced of it and just evaded.

A few days later a video and images began to appear on Facebook from a page called "Mewniverse", according to what was being said is that it was a "leak" of some new episode for a new season of svtfoe, with this the fandom was alarmed and the alleged leak was shared by other networks thinking that Disney Channel finally order more, but... 

then the same page confirmed that it was fake, the video could clearly be seen as it was a segment taken from "Here to help" when Star talked with Marco in the stable to remove the goat pigs from there, but in the edition they removed the marks of Star's cheeks, changed the background of the stable for the background of Earth Ni, and placed combined audios.

It was to be expected... unfortunately nothing is confirmed until it's officially published by Disney Channel or by a producer or Daron herself. (I will leave you the link if you want to watch the video)

One of the worst things that happened after the end of season 4, was that all kinds of leaks and false rumors were made, such as alleged dates and alleged episodes, which in 2020/2021 was confirmed to continue or until it was said that in September 2019 would be talking about the continuation of Star.

Theories weren't lacking, but that was gradually if we insisted on doing a good job.

The petition was increasing successfully and Valentina was uploading updates thanking everyone for the support and also not worrying about svtfoe, because recently it had been less than a week since its end and things wouldn't be fixed quickly, she asked for a little more patience. This encouraged fans a lot but it also became the point where fans asked her to send the signatures to Disney personally or talk with a producer, this generated some inconvenience, the fact that she was close to some figures in the USA near Disney It doesn't mean that she could do something else if she wanted to...

But the fans are fans and it was proud to see how at times they left that evil behind and didn't stop asking for the series. Making publications, labels, comments, to remember everything lived with svtfoe, hashtags, before any publication that DisneyTVA DisneyChannel DisneyXD, Adam or Daron rained the questions and requests.

At that time, the main objective of each fan was to draw the attention of the creator to give her opinion about the petition and also to pay attention to the request. 

Daron was on vacation and was touring various countries relaxing with her husband, after so many years of work, and published souvenir photos but...

Fans were very obsessed with the theme of svtfoe that every time she published a photo, we believed that it was some sign that the new season would be confirmed, new episodes, ideas for the plot, tracks, references. They looked for answers under each word she commented on. Since Daron after the whole course of the seasons, has always been considered a "mysterious" person when asked about some advances of the season and she pointed it out with emojis, words and photos.

For example:

Days after the final premiere, Daron uploaded this photo through her Instagram which reflected how well she was having fun with her friends at a karaoke, but that made them understand as if it were a clue to Ruberiot, Bounce Lounge or Love Sentence.

A rainbow, I'm from another dimension!

Daron sat next to a Troll with reference to monsters, trolls and the coexistence between monsters and humans.

The image of that nightclub under a Stockholm bridge reminded Bounce Lounge.

A small island near Stockholm for swimming, does it remind you of Swimm suit? For the pun.

This artistic drawing draws much attention from being a combination between Glossaryck and Father Time.

Last photos of the trip to Stockholm but ...this drawing is referential to the Butterfly Castle.

"So... should I open this door or not?"

A metaphorical message but there were two theories. 

1-Opening this door would open new opportunities for svtfoe or 

2-Opening this door would take her to a new world/a new job.

Daron with the crew, was it a beautiful memory when that photo was given at the 2018 Comic Con, or perhaps some indication the crew would work together again?
